We are based in Basingstoke Town Centre, at The Orchard, White Hart Lane and deliver our services in Basingstoke and Alton for ladies experiencing any form of cancer. We provide free Wellbeing services and support from diagnosis, through treatment and/or for 2 years from first visit. Our services include, Counselling, Complementary Therapies (eg massage, reflexology), Hair/Skin/Nail Advice, Mindfulness on Zoom, Yoga and Wellbeing sessions. The Wellbeing sessions allow the opportunity to meet others going through cancer, get encouragement, support and tips, whilst enjoying refreshments and maybe taking part in any activities on offer eg craft, talks, therapy tasters. We also hold newcomer sessions for new ladies to the charity to find out more about what ways we can help. Our Alton Wellbeing session is open to men and women with any form of cancer, and we also have a separate group for ladies with Secondary Cancers/stage 4. We also regularly run social events eg Coach Day Trips, Pottery Painting etc. Check our website, facebook, Instagram or Twitter for latest services.
The Pink Place supports women affected by any cancers. Providing social support, counselling, and a range of activities to share information and improve the feeling of Wellbeing. The charity supports adults with cancer in North Hants and the surrounding areas from diagnosis, through treatment and up to 5 years after end of treatment.
